Peru

I have visited Peru several times and love it.  Lima has some wonderful, hidden neighborhoods where you can find some of the best foods in South America.  

Visiting Cusco, at nearly 13,000 ft, a lovely colonial city that has lots for you to see and do.  And, of course, just a 4 hour train ride is Machu Pichu!  

A great country with has varied terrain ranging from beaches, deserts and the very high Andes mountains
